Great location, very close to public transportation and a shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions.
The room was extremely small, almost claustrophobic. The bed was uncomfortable and saggy.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Hakata Station and the nightlife of Tenjin, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated across the road from a large restaurant/bar/shopping complex, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff members who are willing to assist with any inquiries or reservations. The hotel also offers a LAN cable for internet access, ensuring that guests can stay connected during their stay.
Communication in English with some staff members may be challenging.

For my xmas vacation, I picked a hotel that was in the heart of the city. The location was perfect. The hotel was in close proximity to the shopping mall, restaurants, and bars. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Although the location was excellent, unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The room was cramped and the facilities were poorly maintained.
